How's your sunny Sunday? Did you get your actifit count up today?
I am a day behind, and didn't get much activity in today. Over did it again yesterday. Mentally not physically (i was feeling quite taxed physically). Which has me in a moderate headache on the verge of migraine. So, i am laying low taking water and had a sweet pleasent visit with my friend from college and her 1 yr old. We went to the pool for an hour.
So, this happened yesterday. I spilled fresh Steaming hot drink elixer on my foot and I didn't feel a thing!! I heard it landing on the floor, looked down and saw it. It took a bit but, didn't notice it land on my foot till a few minutes later. The Dr. thinks it should heal. My whole left leg doesn't feel things quite right. It most often feels like it is freezing cold to me. The joys of nerve damage.
