Hey guys what's up?
Had a quick run after work. A non stop 3km run is enough for today just to warm up my body and to release toxins. I also did try new tip on do's and don'ts, the proper and improper way and other techniques on effective jogging routine including the proper breathing because I really have a bad time during my jog regarding that. Luckily it worked for me.
