I had great plans for today, big plans. What did I do? Hmmmm… Some of them, I did some of them. Don’t give me that attitude, it is weekend and I am entitled to some rest, right? Sure I am, thank you. 😁
Day started fine, I did oversleep a little and started panicking but managed to convince myself that the Earth will not stop moving if I do not do everything that I have planned. Sometimes, going with the flow and taking the best from every situation is valuable too. Actually, it is always valuable, we are just not aware of it that often.

No Orbitrek today, no exercising and no two walks. I had only one walk, in the morning and while it was for about 9 km, my daily chores were not enough to get a lot of steps but I still did more than ten thousand which is ok. One of my goals is to never drop below 10000. I was planning to exercise in the evening and go for another walk but then Jason Statham movie started on tv and I have a soft spot for that man. I am not going to lie, I watched all his movies and more than once but he remains my weakness. No doing nothing when Jason is on, only fantasizing about… hmmm… Reading with him, yeah, reading is what I would do with him. 😁 Anyway, tomorrow is a new day and even though it is Sunday there is no rest for the wicked and I plan to compensate for the work I have not done today. Honestly, Jason was worth it…

I did not go to the movies like I planned because my friend could not make it, there will be another chance. I used the free time (when I was not watching Jason) to start writing a post about muscles and the way they grow. The article will be finished and published tomorrow because I have spent the most of the day doing research and trying not to over complicate things while providing all the science necessary for you to understand how stuff works. We are bombarded with tips and tricks and fast solutions for losing weight and gaining muscles with various scam techniques and magic potions. Trust me, there is never an easy fix for anything. If you want results you will have to put some work into it. The funny thing is, depending on genetics, not all work will work for everyone. You will read all about it tomorrow. Until then, tell me, how long have you been exercising and have you found what works best for you? Our bodies are different and require different foods and different exercises. Have you found the best for you?
