This post is about morning rituals and the illusionary need for coffee. Coffee is a tasty method of injecting caffeine. It can be addictive and therefore should be used rarely.
Ok? Will you stop drinking coffee or Mountain Dew or whatever you do to get a morning jolt of caffeine?
I doubt you will change anything unless serious trouble provides you with the required motivation. Your addiction may be real. The withdrawal headaches will be disturbing. But without motivation nothing will change.
So... enjoy your morning dose! Do not become so serious about minor things. Addictions are not so bad!
If however you are mean, violent, or just a major grump until you've had your fix, you might cut back a little.
