Nice piece - It's such a shame that mental illness and addiction are so stigmatised, even in the 21st Century, which compounds the problems even further, driving one deeper into isolation, shame, and guilt. There's probably not one family on Earth that hasn't encountered these issues, yet we'd still rather keep our head in the sand and become engaged in blame games. Keep it up
