Overcoming camera shyness begins with practice. It's no different than getting comfortable performing on stage for a crowd.
First you just get a mirror and start practicing speaking about a topic you love. Then start recording yourself (obviously you don't post anything you aren't comfortable with). Start just speaking on camera for one minute and gradually speaking at length adding an extra min each time.
Then, playback the video... but resist the temptation to pick a part all of you various ticks. The playback is more for you to get used hearing what you sound like because EVERYBODY hates their own voice.
It's a mechanical thing, your brain is used to interpreting the sound of your voice from inside the body projecting away from it--as opposed to being projected externally back at the ears. See? Not to crazy.
