Since a young woman was just brutally murdered in Afghanistan for the crime of playing sports and I'm still having people come to me in defense of Biden, let's actually handle this.
Order of operations matters.
Let's take a less controversial scenario as an example - a breakup.
Okay, no matter what, a breakup is gonna suck. It's gonna hurt somebody, right? There's nothing that you can do about that. But, think about the order of operations.
Okay...
You notice that the relationship isn't making you happy anymore so you talk to your partner about it and you give each other a month or so to try to show improvement.
No effort is shown. You realize that the relationship isn't gonna work. You end the relationship.
You start dating somebody else.
Yeah, somebody got hurt because somebody was inevitably going to get hurt; but, you handled things in the right order.
Now, flip the order. Now, you're a cheating asshole who took a situation that was going to be painful no matter what and maximized the pain that the other person is feeling.
That's how Biden handled Afghanistan.
The problem wasn't that we pulled out. The problem wasn't that people got hurt. The problem was the order of operations.
Anybody with half a brain could see that the order of operations of our withdraw would be a disaster.
