If you look at the following photo it is crazy to think a city surrounded by the sea will run out of water. A historic drought and government's lack of managing the crisis will lead to our Dams being empty by middle April. Be warned that a modern city is dependent on the forces of nature as well as bad management. Save water wherever you are, its a precious resource!
