I am not surprized. A lot of crypto projects are created to bank the unbanked. Go try to find unbanked people in USA, EU or Japan. Developed countries have a stable financial systems build for generations in the old way. Blockchain brings revolution, so it faces a stron opposition in developed countries. In countries from "3d world" there is no such opposition so they are pen for the change.
