Is a typical African youth smart?
Perhaps, this is not the right question because in reality a typical African kid can arrange a meeting involving Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg and sell Mark Zuckerberg without his knowledge, to Bill Gates; for 500 usd!
Perhaps, the word smart is just subjective in this case because in reality, we very much doubt that any human living, is not smart.
If you are smart in creating a space shuttle to the moon; doesn’t mean an African kid won't beat you when it comes to making a kite that can fly indestructibly to the SUN!
Yes, you studied Phd PHARMACY but there are many natural herbalists in Africa, who can concoct tree barks and mahogany leaves into poison antidotes, without having seen the 4 walls of a school!
You are needing a meter to know that the radiator of that car is faulty; but there are many road-side African mechanics, that can tell you instantly that radiator of the same car is faulty, just by looking at the color of the car's exhaust smoke!
