Faulty platform, I booked a standard room through Agoda but was given a dorm when I arrived. After acknowledging it was their internal system errors, Agoda did not refund me and requested that I pay additional to "upgrade".
Very bad customer support, lousy attitude. Think thrice before you book through agoda
