After a long reading about the AI (Artificial intelligence), I thought about AI could be able to influence tasks in my country Nigeria. A very special friend who have a great passion about AI called 
Arguing with a friend that will Nigerian ever accept AI to the country if it was to be charge of performing most of our task?
I couldn’t give a straight answer thinking that jumping into conclusion might be irrelevant and might not be advisable saying a “YES”
But due to what I have read about AI (Artificial Intelligence) I will totally disagree and say a capital “NO” (LOL).
WHY NO?
Due to the fact I have read about AI and I have watched many Hollywood film, though most of them could prove to be from fiction but this could really come to reality if any of such is to be accepted.

The same applies to AI, Since AI(Artificial Intelligence) deals with performing most times the cognitive task, there is the possibility of using it autonomous weapons to programmed to kill. Even in the hand of a wrong person the autonomous weapon could lead to war which could later result to mass causalities and destruction.
AI is researched to be benevolent and it could lead to many risky scenarios, though AI might be impressive that serves as an assistant that can improved any skills, program in many of the industries such as medical, entertainment, lifestyle, technologies and many more.
But in my own perspective as a Nigerian looking at how things have been in my country this made me want to connect it to the AI innovation reviewing it to many cases happening in my country.
AI is tends to much possibility of risky scenarios that could lead to many such as:
Programming AI to do something devastating
AI is programmed with autonomous weapon that could kill. The post was not to bad mouth or mock the citizen of my country but actually this are something of a reality that exist in the country.
Why did I say this?
There are recorded of annoying cases the citizens involved such as:
Injustice Killing-
Injustice killing in my country is at high rate where thousands and millions of people have been sent to their early grave. Innocent lives have been wasted times without numbers by some unknown men loaded with arms and guns. So looking at it from instance, if the AI is fully adopted there will cause for alarms because surely this unknown people will surely want to take advantage of this technology for mass destruction and there will always be a high record of heated cases and issues in the country.
Use case
There is an ongoing case in my country Nigeria where there are unknown troops that called themselves the Bokoharam.
Bokoharam have been terrorizing and disrupting the peace of the country since the year 2009, where the country has recorded much loss of lives and destruction of property. These troops even went to the extent of kidnapping thousands of people putting under their captivity for days, month, and years proclaiming that they are fighting for Allah. That Stupid!
Now let connect it down to the case of AI, what assurance will be given that if AI is finally adopted to Nigeria, these so called BokoHaram troops will not destroy the country using the AI autonomous weapon. No one pray for such because AI could be so destructive to the extent of not considering humanity in position of the innocent ones in the country.
The case of inexperience – 
In my country I can really not boast or experience about the perfect use of AI, though there are lot of individuals that are experience and skillful when it comes to different technology. It is because of the economy state of the country Nigeria has been so let down by our so called leaders in the sense that they prefer to invest in invaluable things than the valuable.
Out of 100% only 15% would be able to get a higher experience of how to use this AI technology if at all it is introduce in the country. Not that people are not willing to learn it but there is no financial or material help from the government.
So introducing AI and asking to operate it will be as a risk to the country because many of AI goals might not be in lined with the operators goals due to the fact that it is mostly designed to be difficult and failure to get a lot of higher experience might make it ending up losing its possession to enemies and there is a high possibility of losing it control at any point of time. The consequence might be destructive and deadly.
In conclusion-
I would rather say a “NO” to AI in my country Nigeria due to the fact that, though it is really beneficial but there is a very high rate of risk when dealing with human and their experience over the AI(Artificial Intelligence) technology.
