On the Topic of this Week...
When it comes to the issue of the death of a patient which was as a result of careless practice such as forgetting to treat as at when due, wrong documentation or charts, poor handling and irresponsible actions of all sorts by both doctors and nurses which leads to such pitiable occurrences.
Unfortunately, in most cases, doctors are the ones who receive the blame mainly because they are responsible for their patients directly but then, the nurses who have been given the sole responsibility to look after and monitor a patient's outcome are left out.
In this issue of negligence who really are to be blamed and how can this be dealt with to reduce mortality rates. Let's get to hear your opinion, advises, experiences and all. Every comment gets a good Upvote.
We expect your candid opinions on this topic!
