Among them 20 were near battle field.German force called it the plane of concrete. It was not perfect, superior to others fighters at that time. But Ill-II attacked by a group. A group of Ill-II were death angel to the German.
Can you Imagine over 36,000 Ill-II were made before and after the world war-II.To the Soviet Ill-II was as important as water and bread.
