BitTube Airtime Extension Now on Open Beta
The day is finally here - BitTube airtime extension is now on Open Beta for chrome. Everyone can download the extension plugin here. In order to register you need to have a phone number where they do a test call (just a robot don't be afraid) this is pretty much done because people would be able to game the referral system with text message bots on internet.
Few important details regarding BitTube Airtime (Open Beta version)
- The Airtime itself is not yet live on blockchain, it will go live around in 3-4 weeks
- You are able to receive and give donations in TUBE with this extension right now
- You can buy TUBE with PayPal also with the extension
- Extensions comes along with Adblocker which makes it rather useful tool
How can i get money through airtime once it goes live?
- Once you have linked your website, YouTube, Soundcloud, twitter or twitch account with Airtime app you are able to get TUBE via airtime, once someone else installs the extension and views your content with it. You also can get it yourself by just viewing the internet with the extension - without having any social media account or website of your own.
- There are plans for Facebook eventually and possibly things like Steemit, BitChute and sites that provide API so BitTube team can adapt them.
- The BitTube video platform will always pay more for viewing retention compared to any other site thats using the airtime extension. Plus BitTube doesn't censor or blacklist videos on their platform like YouTube does

How much i can earn TUBE on a daily basis?
- This will be determined of how many people are using it, more people means less money unless they all are viewing your websites/accounts. Also during peak hours you will get less than viewing at a time when less people are online
What happens if someone donate to someone who hasn't linked their media account to Bit.Tube?
- They are able to redeem the rewards once they register and link that specific social media account
Is there going to be support for other browsers in the future?
- Opera and Maxthon support is in the works and perhaps in the future we are going to see Safari as well
- Currently you can only buy with 100$, but this just means one single purchase so this means infinite basically
- Currently the extension comes up with its own web wallet and there is of course another web wallet what comes when you register a new account to BitTube and then there is the GUI Wallet which you can download at their site. In future we probably are going to see multicoin wallets adapt TUBE too and then there is of course exchanges (see below)
