Another day -- Another Album!
Time to get into some super groovy, ultra funky, electronic jams. The sun is out, the clouds have disappeared, and it's time to get running. Nothing makes me run with as light of a step as when I listen to a bit of Griz while I'm out there. It almost starts to feel a little bit like dancing. Each step on beat, hands are air drumming, head is bobbing and weaving. The heavy bass, the funky riffs, the saxophone -- HOLY SHIT THE SAXOPHONE!

Rebel Era - by Griz
Rebel Era is the first album I ever heard by Griz. I'm not even certain where I orginally heard it -- I think it was from a buddy at university, or maybe it was from one of the only 2 nights I ever went out to a nightclub with some other friends. Either way -- Griz has been a STAPLE on my playlist for the last few years. I saw him perform live at Shambhala 2015, and it blew my mind. It's always nice to see some of these electronic music acts express their musical talent through playing an actual instrument like a saxophone, and have some vocals / other artists on stage. It was a wild night.
