Today I felt like offering a way to earn DCORE tokens on Hive-Engine for the game DemoniCore, which I’ve been playing for quite a while now. Honestly, I don’t even know why, but I love this game and I’ve leveled up a lot in it.
To earn some, you just need to leave a small comment to ask for them.
The idea of this little event is that I’ll prepare a “pool” that I’ll share among participants.
For this first edition,
I’m offering to share 1500 tokens between participants.
How does the game work?
To start, you’ll need to perform exorcisms over several days, which will give you your first DCORE tokens for free.
The higher your level, the more tokens you’ll be able to earn from future exorcisms.
Then, with those same DCORE tokens, you can level up to fight demons.
When you pay to level up, the tokens go back into the game creator’s distribution pool.
Each level costs more than the previous one.
Attack
You can first increase your attack.
- Increases the damage you deal when choosing to attack a demon
- Beyond level 1, this stat can reduce the time needed to recharge 1 energy
- Each level also increases your base health by 1
Defense
You can increase your defense.
- Reduces the damage taken from a demon attacking you
- Beyond level 1, this stat can increase your maximum energy
- Each level also increases your base health by 1
Magic
Your magic:
- Increases damage when using magical attacks against demons
- Combined with your Faith level, reduces damage taken from magical attacks
Attack Speed
Your attack speed:
- Increases your chance to hit with physical attacks
- Increases your chance to dodge enemy attacks
- Increases your chance to win initiative at the start of battle
Faith
Your faith helps you discover the demon’s name — knowing it reveals its weaknesses.
- Increases your chance to guess a demon’s name
- Along with Magic, reduces damage taken from magical attacks
- Increases the DCORE rewards earned when killing demons
Energy & Madness
Your daily energy determines how many fights you can do.
But be careful: after each fight, your madness increases.
To reset it to zero, you have 3 options:
- Level up
- Defeat a specific demon
- Own NFTs
Staking DCORE
Finally, to earn more DCORE per fight, you need to stake DCORE.
This makes fights harder but gives better rewards.
You can also earn NFTs randomly during fights (low drop rate) or buy them on the in-game market.
