I haven't written in awhile, but I have been working on myself and am thriving in 2023.
I have been on a path of physical stamina and strength training. Sports is a huge part of my life, and this has been taking up much of my time.
I play flag football, rugby, baseball and am a gym fanatic. In order to keep myself healthy, I need to be participating in organized sports.
I emphasize with the overweight, as I have been overweight and out of shape, and was made fun of. People pushed my tummy and called me the pillsburry doughboy, and that was not cool. Hence, I am working to become even more fit.
I am also working on my anxiety with driving. Last year, I had a close call and my anxiety with anything related to driving issues is high. I over clocked my Kia and freaked out even though the reason was being j. A higher gear by mistake. I have been praying about that, and people don't quite understand my anxiety, but that's ok.
I have also been working on my motivation at work. I feel a major lack of motivation, and need to find my groove. I need to stop procrastinating and work on my deadlines.
