... actually I haven't lost the not too much physical shape I had. I began with 5 laps to the track on the outside, according to what I understand it is 500 meters therefore 3 kilometers in total. Didn't take the time, I'll leave it for another occasion. Then I did my usual routine which if I remember correctly I posted it before, so fulfilling my main objective here, I will seek the information and thus I do not have to abuse my memory. Most remarkable is that before the two weeks mentioned above I was stable on weight 83 kilograms and now I thought I had gone up and it turns out that I am weighing 80 kilograms.
