It's the first Tuesday of May, which means the 2022 season has officially begun!
The weather has been pretty warm and dry allowing for mortar work and tire work.
A few more bags of mortar were added to the retaining wall from last week:
On the left, the wall received its first smear coat, and on the right, the whole section has received 2 coats of mortar via throwing.
It'll probably take 3 or 4 more bags for a smooth finish.
A new project was started on the outside berm to support the tirewall in one section where it was leaning out due to winter ice.
The tires underneath will support a rock retaining wall here, which will re-enforce the tirewall above.
Another new project was started with more rock/mortar mix, which wil lbe detailed next report.
And also, the gateway section shown in the last report got some more tires pounded, and that will have updates in following reports as well.
In Block #238, ending 5/2/2022, a total of 2378@ (Appreciation Tokens) were generated; 378@ were generated by the daily appreciation of 54 members, 110@ were generated by 11 hours of labor exhausted for the Cooperative, and 1890@ were generated by 189 OG Creds (Ø); bringing the total to 393,613@.
There are currently 54 members of Allodium, 11 of whom have Affirmed their Sovereignty, and 6 of those whom have at least 1 OG Cred; along with 2 Dangling Branches. The updated Member Tree can be viewed here:
