Frankly: things are (at least) confusing around ripple... for example they manage Circulating Supply "centrally" - on need/demand bases, I think. The price is kept at nearly the same level - which can be good or even makes you feel safer but honestly this whole approach not too transparent and, for me at least, this does not represents safety...
