why? My long answer goes beyong just the crypto space i would say knowledge is power because knowledge is the root of everything. society has become corrupt in that it profits off of the stupidity of others by never informing them how to catch a fish of their own and just selling them a fish over and over for profit. platforms like steemit allow knowledge to go unfiltered into society and i find it miraculous that the world finally has a platform like this that can go uncensored. this kind of platform opens new doors to understanding and allows true freedom of speech to be embraced. now we can teach society how to catch its own fish instead of hiding useful skills just for a profit. Give knowledge back to the people and we will regain power.
my short answer would just be to reiterate that "Knowledge is power".
