"Wow! A real Bargain! Quick let's put this one in our basket Haha!"
signing in - expedite to this adres - ... - oops - problems?
Back to the site with the ad.
"Oh there seems to be a "Read more" - let's click on it to see if we can find something more here"
- It reads now:
"(All orders placed without my agreement are automatically canceled. So ask me before you place an order) The product was only used for advertising purposes in my shop, and the price was so low that it was unpacked - full warranty, full accessories New, never used-Before buying please let me know here: LUKASELENA56 # GMAIL.COM ( Please change the # a @) "
"Aha! That's why it didn't work. Maybe it's not 100% legit or so. But who cares, I won't let go of this bargain!"
"Let's send an email to lukaselena56@gmail.com "
If you do so now, you will receive an email from Amazon
But hey wait, you are being scammed, because the email is not really from Amazon but looks as 2 droplets of water like an Amazon email - but you are not alarmed at this stage
Amazon now asks you to pay to some other bank account, in Italy for example
You think it is a bit odd, but hey, things are changing continuously these days and it is hard to keep up with all the new modes of getting things done and to pay for stuff
Then you do what you should not have done and make a transaction through your bank account
Now your money is gone - forever
A few days later you will receive an email from lukaselena56@gmail.com , telling you that "there was a little mistake on our behalf with funds sent to someone else, sorry for the delay but things will get allright after next weekend"
now you start to feel a bit worried and over time it changes to fear and anger as time passes by and you don't receive your beautiful item and nobody's keeping you updated
you feel like you've been scammed by the seller and try to contact Amazon
you get a standard email back from Amazon "Sorry but please be aware of phishing emails"
you go to the local Police Department to report it
you go to your bank
2 months later "Justice Department" sends you a letter: "Sorry but we have other things to do"
You report again to Amazon with links and emails and screenshots...
Years later you get into crypto and find a site like Steemit
You make a post on Steemit trying to warn others, because obviously nothing has changed in all these years:
https://steemit.com/amazon/@pagandance/an-example-of-amazon-scamming-you
There are many ads like this on Amazon, for camera gear, computers etc. and they refuse to take action against this, although the scams are very obvious once you know them and the people behind the scams are very easy to identify as well.
Only 1 conclusion you can make from this. Amazon is much aware of this scamming and is HIGHLY LIKELY working together with these scammers.
So this guy is definitely a fraud
