It has an always on microphone. This provides Amazon employees with enough information to even guess people's home addresses.
This has privacy advocates up in arms. We are seeing a spreading of this throughout the entire technology world. With the rush for personal assistants, this is giving mega tech companies the ability to harvest more data including personal information from one's home.
The report comes just a couple weeks after Amazon admitted that hundreds of employees has access to the conversations people had around Alexa.
