Vintage Amber Glass Lemonade Set – Ribbed Jug & 6 Tumblers (Mid–Late 20th Century)
A vintage amber glass lemonade set comprising one ribbed jug and six matching tumblers. The glass is a warm honey-golden amber, fairly transparent rather than dark, with a simple horizontal ribbed design that gives the set a clean, timeless look.
The jug features a shaped pouring spout and applied handle. All pieces are pressed glass with visible manufacturing marks typical of the period.
Under UV light, the glass shows a noticeable orange glow, consistent with cadmium-coloured amber glass often produced in the mid to late 20th century. While no maker’s marks are present, the style is typical of European pressed glass lemonade sets from around the 1960s–1980s.

Condition:
Overall good vintage condition with age-related wear.
- Jug: Fully functional. One large chip to the underside of the spout
Glasses:
- 1 glass in very good condition.
- 4 glasses each have one small chip.
- 1 glass has a larger chip to the base.
All pieces show minor manufacturing marks consistent with pressed glass.
Despite the flaws, the set displays well and remains usable as a decorative serving set or for vintage-inspired entertaining.
