Can you talk about interlocutory appeals.
In my state you have five days to file an appeal of the district court's ruling on the motion to dismiss.
This gets the case out of the district court and into the appeals court right at the beginning, no need for a trial.
I got mine to the appeals court, but they shot me down because of 'insufficient notice' when I had filed notice with the court and da, so next time I will get notice acknowledged in the record of the hearing I intend to appeal the rulings of, hopefully jumping that hurdle before they can set it up after the fact.
If you could include some of this in the program maybe we can get some appeals court rulings to start going our way.
