Sorry for the late reply and thank you for showing interest in this important topic.
"I think there are many who do not possess forethought or compassion for their fellow man and therefor we wouldn't have enough to provide for essential services or things like education and value adding research if things were voluntaryist."
That's funny, let me get this straight. The majority of voters have to vote for a social safety net so all voters get forced to pay because the majority of people are too selfish to contribute to people in need?
"If there is a right outcome than perhaps the second wrong as you call it could bring about a right"
Yes, you could see it that way but what about unintended consequences? How could you be sure the second wrong would end in the result you wanted? Wouldn't it be better if we skipped the first wrong?
"If cigarettes increase the burden on the healthcare system and on socialized premiums is it not fair to tax such a thing if it were to recoup that loss?"
In a voluntary society, your premiums would be higher if you smoked and you could lower your health care premium if you stopped smoking. This way we wouldn't need to steel thru taxation.
"And what of a corporation which uses its leverage to set contracts and unreasonable prices upon its consumer?"
Corporations use the power of the state to shield themselves from market competition. This way they can set unreasonable prices without losing customers. In a free market, they would go out of business.
"Of increased efficiencies yet increasing prices? Does a massive profit indicate a lesser value of service/product which should be levied for other social benefits?"
Sorry, I'm not sure what you're asking here, could you clarify it, please?
"Is it possible or even fair to determine a price cap to be imposed on a corporation's good or service?"
The only fair way to determine a price is to let people sell stuff and let people buy it if they think the price is worth it.
"Taxation seems the best scenario in a capitalistic society."
I don't think taxation is part of capitalism, taxation is theft. It might seem like the best scenario to you at the moment but I believe you would change your mind if you learned some of the basics of The Austrian school of economics.
"A capitalistic socialism where we determine the markets and enforce efficiencies(which are barriers to entry) to be given back to consumers."
Socialism is not efficient, free markets are. Consumers are not very happy in Venezuela where socialism has wrecked the country despite their massive oil reserves.
"Who's the biggest advocate for small government? Big business which wants to abuse their power."
That's funny big corporations usually write the regulations and beg and bribe politicians to put it into law. This way they can shut small businesses out of the market. It's true that big business abuse government power that's why I think it's a good idea to get rid of government.
