For many years the Institute for Justice and ACLU have been fighting for innocent Americans who are victims of the government's tyranny and criminal acts. People's Constitutional rights are diminishing and caseload far exceeds what these non-profit law firms are able to handle.
The New York Police Department, for example, have blatantly violated the Constitution by introducing the appalling "Stop-and-Frisk" and the 2nd Amendment right to bear arms is mostly ignored by the NYC as well.
Recently, NYPD's ethic has hit a new low. Undercover officers purposely conduct illegal activities on private properties, then frame the property owners so they can take control of the property. The business owners are given only two choices; shut down or relinquish their Constitutional rights.
