On my trip to the "Perchtoldsdorfer Haide" near Vienna i found a Slow worm, (Anguis fragilis) hiding in the leaves. Because it fled from us i was able to spot it accorrding to the sounds it made in the dry leaves and take some pictures of it. It is not really a snake nor a lizzard or worm but some kind of mix. With my 150-600mm lens i dind't even had to get too close to disturbe it. I also tried to take some pictures with the macro lens but no chance it burried itself in the leafes right away.
