Eurasian blue tit
It weighs about 20 grams, making it visibly smaller than the Big Tit and almost half the size of the Sparrow.
It feeds mostly on small invertebrates and winter time with buds, seeds and dried fruit. There is no pronounced sexual dimorphism.
It nests in holes on trees and different cavities.
Typically, it is kept away from human settlements, but winter often enters them while looking for food. In Bulgaria it has become a rare bird and is protected by the law.
