My daughter and I were catching some much needed winter sun in the front garden a few days back when she was down on her visit. We were enjoying some coffee and rusks when she saw the butterfly on the lavender bush. It really didn't look like much to me at the time.

As you can see though, I think she has an excellent eye for detail. The pics turned out brilliantly. We really enjoyed the lovely sunny and warmth on our skins as much as the butterfly did; I'm sure. :)

Today is much colder, so I'm indoors today. To warm my soul, I'm posting this to remind me of warmer day we had not so long ago...
