This picture of a herd of buffaloes was taken a few years ago at the Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe where I was on holiday with my friend. It is the largest National Park in Zimbabwe and covers an area close to 15 000 square kilometers. It is about an hour from Victoria Falls, a word heritage site, but you start seeing wild life before you even get to the park! Hwange boasts a large selection of wild life and while we were there we saw a leopard (very rare at the time), elephants, kudus, wild dogs, giraffes, hippos and zebras.
