Good evening dear friends!
This is my entry for the contest by #animalphotography.
In summer, you can see grape snails in Moscow parks. The native land of these snails is Italy, but in the cold Moscow they feel great and actively breed.
Friends, do you know that horns of a snail are not actually horns, but eye tentacles? Scientists believe that with these tentacles a snail does not distinguish colors, but sees objects at a distance of up to a centimeter and is even capable to distinguish day from night depending on degree of illumination. And if you touch these horns, a snail will instantly hide them.
