One thing we notice here in Singapore is most of the cats have short tail. I am not sure whether it is because of some medical reason or something, it's quite a lot here. In Singapore, cats are found everywhere. Most of them are stray cats, but they don't really have to worry much about their food because people do feed them. Usually, elderly people, they carry around this cat food bag and feed the cats around their neighborhood.
