Green Turtles Spend Their Whole Lives At Sea but come on land to breed. The female swims ashore and clambers up the beach. Then she digs a deep hole and lays her eggs. When the baby turtle's hatch they dig themselves out of the sand then dash down to the waves and swim away quickly.
