Help Save B.C. Wolves
The government of British Columbia is proposing to increase the wolf trapping season on Vancouver Island. The B.C wolves do not have a conservation status due to the fact the B.C government refuses to recognize them as being genetically distinct and globally rare. In reality, these sea wolves and their social nature are exclusive to Vancouver Island. The proposed trapping laws could be detrimental to the populations and the methods of trapping such as leg-holds are inhumane.
