While I am somewhat afraid of getting kicked by a horse, I still wanted to photograph them.
Several of my neighbors have horses. There is something magnificent and majestic about them. I've ridden one of them, and we crashed into a light pole, so that didn't go as good as it could have. It was either the horses fault or "operator error" on that one. Anyway, when the big, fluffy snow began to fall yesterday, I decided to head out to try to photograph one of the horses. This particular one is in a field with a few cows, including our young heifer, which you can see i some of the photos.
While a few of these shots may be somewhat similar, I decided to "keep" them all because of the slight differences despite the similarities. Take a peek and see what you think, but I think the horse did well for this spur of the moment photo shoot.
A HORSE, OF COURSE
In the last one you can see our heifer peeking out from behind the horse. She's still cute but growing.
As always, I'm
