Hopefully more to come soon!
We've tried incubating eggs a number of times, but thus far we had never actually succeeded. Recently I've handed the job over to Mama-Pepper and our older Little-Pepper girls, since Mama-Pepper is a better researcher and more of a data person than I am. Sure enough, it seems to have paid off. Late, late last night one of the eggs began to hatch. Thankfully, there are more eggs that should be opening soon.
We actually traded some rabbits to (who we met on steemit some time back) for the quail that we have, and we are just now getting in to the next generation. On the bright side, we've still got some of the quail and this next generation is going to be sooo cute. Once we can actually open the incubator we should be able to get some better photos. For now, here's a sneak peek! Enjoy.
