He failed his theory twice but managed to pass it third time around. Then he passed his official test today. Look at him behind the wheel! Such a smooth driver too. Very perceptive and aware!
Having trouble getting insurance though. Apparently dog's aren't allowed to drive!? Did anyone know this?
