Noragami shows the life of the lesser known god named Yato who's trying to reinvent his image for the modern world. In the first episode, he has an encounter with a human girl named Hiyori Iki, causing her to develop the ability to leave her body and interact with the world of the far shore, those of the non-living world. Yato with his newly required regalia Yukine, help anyone in need for 5 yen, including ridding the world of phantoms. While much of Yato's past remains a mystery to us through the first season, season two (called Aragoto) goes more into Yato's past and how it is impacting him today.
With two seasons already and a third in the works, this anime promises a pretty solid story line with humor thrown in at appropriate times. I am interested to see where the story of these three goes next season, so catch up and watch with me!
