We are changing the date of the start of the WHA Project pre-sale form Oct 16 to Oct 23 due to Ethereum network hardfork that will likely occur between 12:00 UTC and 13:00 UTC on Monday, October 16, 2017.
We've double and triple checked our smart contract and we are sure that there is a really low chance that something will go wrong. But there's still some risk and we won't take it.
