I wish to stay anonymous for obvious reasons throughout my posts.
I have struggled with anxiety for almost six years however it has began to control my life throughout the last 9 months, having it take such a grip on me has heavily impacted my life. From young separation anxiety and attachment problems to bullying through school i would like to post my story and hope others with anxiety can see this and read my story so they know they are not alone. So this started when i was 2 or 3 years old i was told i used to bang my head on metal poles, this was apparently due to being separated from my mother for 9 hours a day, this can cause PTSD in young children and this may have affected me for my entire life so far. Early experiences are shown to affect the brain more than later in life.
( http://www.adoptionsupport.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/Module-5-Handout-5.3.pdf ) When I grew up from the ages of 5-8 years I can't remember a time then when I went out with my friends i wasn't having fun however sometimes violence broke out. I have never liked to be near or involved in violence, this caused problems at school life as violence was often as many of my peers at primary school were into wrestling which I never was interested in, once again in a situation I was alone with no similar interests as the other children isolated i had a few problems at the start of school.
Everyday i will be editing my post and story until it is and i would love to hear your experiences.
