... the final and 66th book in the Bible, the Christian eschatology, the Apocalypse, is being described. Revelation 9:11, the infamous number everyone in the world has heard about since two airplanes brought down two giant number 11's, mentions the angel of the bottomless pit, Abaddon or Apollyon.
There is much to say about the symbolism of this verse but for today we are merely looking at its position within the Book of Revelation: It is verse 154 out of 404 total verses. That means that 250 verses follow after 9:11 to the end of the Bible.
If we divide 250 by 154, we get 1.623. This is the closest approximation in Revelation to the number of the Golden Ration, which is 1.618. The difference is only 0.005. This makes Revelation 9:11 the golden ratio cut of the Book of Revelation.
To comparison: If we do the same with the previous verse, Revelation 9:10, verse 153, we get 1.640, with a difference of 0.022. And if we do this with the following verse, Revelation 9:12, verse 155, we get 1.606, with a difference of 0.012. Both are further away and so are all verses before and after Revelation 9:11.
The Golden Ratio is also called golden mean, golden section, golden proportion, golden cut and golden number. I would like to highlight the "GOLD" symbolism of this perfect geometry, in regard to the previous research on this channel.
