The doctor explained on the why’s and what’s but I was stuck at how he was going to cut it out and the wound would need 2 to 3 stitches. “Now?”. “No, first I’ll give you anaesthetic and then in about 5 minutes”, he says with a smile. That means NOW!!. All done and I am feeling woozy and will sleep it off. Lesson learnt. a stitch in time saves nine and in this case, Doc says if I had come sooner, the scar would have not been noticeable compared to what could now be.... oh well, it’s a story to tell
