... thought that "If I achieve this goal" or "If I will have this job" or "If I am muscular" I will certainly be happy. The truth is that if you live your life this way you will most certainly be never happy. To get into a more detailed example: I always wanted to be top of my class in Physics. I was just recently on the track of achieving exactly that. But by which costs? I was certainly not happy, I was rather worn out, depressed and almost never saw my girlfriend or my friends. I think what you need to do is to start looking around you and start appreciating all the things that you DO have rather than point out the things that you don't have. This way you can appreciate more who you are and therefore get closer to the ideal of "happiness". Also: you don't have to let go of your dreams but rather approach them with a more "global" perspective, meaning: Never put your dreams on top of your partner, your family or your friends in terms of importance! Rather try to open up about your dreams and let your surrounding be a part of it :)&category=wisdom&hashtags=palnet+steemit+appics+photography&author=mrconquer&profileImageUrl=https://s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/appics-content/profileImages/3760-1581087746467-640&permlink=appics-v1-appics-im-101526)
