Greetings, my dear Hive Ladies. Happy weekend to all, I hope you are doing well and enjoying good health and well-being. I'm back in the community to participate in edition #272 of the contest that the Hive Ladies invite us to every week. On this occasion, I will answer the second question proposed by our friend @ifarmgirl: 2️⃣ What physical activity boosts your confidence and makes you feel happier? How often do you do it? Feel free to share some photos (or even a video) of you doing it. The physical activity that most increases my confidence and makes me feel truly happy is yoga. It came into my life as a space for pause and over time became a necessary, almost intimate moment that connects me with myself. Each practice allows me to listen to my body, recognize my limits, and celebrate what I can do without too many demands.

De vuelta por la comunidad para participar en la edición #272 del concurso al que nos invitan, semanalmente, las Damas de Hive. En esta ocasión, daré respuesta a la segunda pregunta que nos ha propuesto la amiga @ifarmgirl: 2️⃣ ¿Qué actividad física aumenta tu confianza y te hace sentir más feliz? ¿Con qué frecuencia lo haces? No dudes en compartir algunas fotos (o incluso un vídeo) de ti haciéndolo. La actividad física que más aumenta mi confianza y me hace sentir verdaderamente feliz es el yoga. Llegó a mi vida como un espacio de pausa y con el tiempo se volvió un momento necesario, casi íntimo, que me conecta conmigo misma. Cada práctica me permite escuchar mi cuerpo, reconocer mis límites y celebrar lo que sí puedo hacer sin muchas exigencias.

When I do yoga, I feel how breathing organizes my thoughts and conscious movement brings me back to calm. There is a feeling of well-being that remains even after the session is over. I feel more confident, more present, and with a serene energy that is reflected in my daily activities. I try to practice yoga several times a week, usually two or three days, adapting the pace to my schedule and needs. Some days the practice is gentle and restorative, others, a little more active. The important thing for me is consistency and commitment to that personal encounter. I don't see it as an obligation; for me, it's a gift of self-care. Yoga has taught me to be patient, to breathe, and to value the balance between body and mind. Thanks to this practice, I feel stronger, calmer, and, above all, more connected to myself, which undoubtedly translates into greater daily happiness.

Cuando hago yoga siento cómo la respiración ordena mis pensamientos y el movimiento consciente me devuelve calma. Hay una sensación de bienestar que permanece incluso después de terminar la sesión. Me siento más segura, más presente y con una energía serena que se refleja en mis actividades cotidianas. Intento practicar yoga varias veces a la semana, generalmente dos o tres días, adaptando el ritmo según mis tiempos y necesidades. Algunos días la práctica es suave y reparadora, otros, un poco más activa. Lo importante para mí es la constancia y el compromiso con ese encuentro personal. No lo vivo como una obligación, para mí es un regalo de autocuidado. El yoga me ha enseñado a ser paciente, a respirar y a valorar el equilibrio entre cuerpo y mente. Gracias a esta práctica me siento más fuerte, más tranquila y, sobre todo, más conectada conmigo misma, lo que sin duda se traduce en una mayor felicidad diaria.
