... grow the worms in large compost tumblers and stackable towers(in the background)...and harvest their castings every week or so. We then...spread this black gold around all our young fruit trees and any plant we see that needs a boost of LIFE! We also use it in brewing compost teas. This form of compost is our favorite by far!!!! The worms create the bacteria and other magic in the soil...and the wood chip mulch we use aids in fungal activity. Worm composting is FUN! Our son loves helping us work with the worms and is realizing how they help our soils grow food. :) For those interested, I’ll post a link below of the compost tumblers and worm towers we use in worm casting farming.
