The Seidl chocolate factory in Laaber (Germany)/is more and more about candies and less about chocolate.
Dark chocolate products are hardly sold. I also could not find any sugar free chocolate.
I doubt they fabricated the candies themselves.
Just bought it, put it in their own bags and sell it for 4 times the price.
