All you need are the following:

Equipment: blender
First, wash and slice apples into cubes.
Second, blend the apple cubes for a minute or until puree consistency was achieved.
Third, pour one cup of milk or as you like.
Fourth, add ice cubes to mixture.
Fifth, pour one cup of yogurt to the mixture.
Sixth, continue blending until fully mixed.
And viola! Your healthy beverage is ready. You can also use other fruits and vegetables in lieu of the apple. This is not only for adults but for kids also.๐๐
