It has been noticed that Hive account@appreciator's upvote service has been abused by spam and plagiarized posts. From now on, all such users will be black-listed who have similar pattern of posting

• Downvoted by Hive account@cheetah or Hive account@steemcleaners
• Posts with just images from google with or without reference ( Mentioning the reference won't make your post credible enough for upvote )
• Post containing only Youtube videos

If you are using Hive account@appreciator's upvote service for first time then you are advised to go through following guidelines
Use Upvote Service Responsibly

All the black-listed users will not able to claim refund for their bids.
